Responsibilities:
Work in a cross-functional team within an agile environment
Design, develop and test high-impact products in a sustainable and scalable way
Innovate and iterate on products while choosing the best technologies available for the job at hand
Improve product vision from your technical perspective
Create value at each step of product development and give impulses to team members
Qualifications:
Profound expertise in multiple technologies – both backend and frontend (e.g one or more of Java + Spring, Elixir, Node, Ruby/Rails, Javascript, Angular, React)
Several years of professional experience in working within agile engineering teams i.e. Scrum, Kanban
Good communication skills in English – Spanish is a plus
Significant infrastructure architecture experience in designing and architecting enterprise web applications, e.g within micro service environments
Knowledge of, or interest in continuous integration and delivery systems (GitLab, Jenkins etc.)
Keen to work collaboratively with intelligent people, sharing your ideas to solve real business problems
A calm, pragmatic team player with a hands-on attitude and a will to grow
