Aktuell suchen wir für unseren direkten Kunden einen Rolloutmanager für ein Projekt in Hamburg (evtl. auch für ein paar Wochen Amerika und Asien).
Aufgaben:
Adapt and detail a rollout approach of previous rollouts for a subsequent rollout areas
Identify, plan and document requirements how to deal with changes imposed by the new system and the specific rollout approach. Coordinate the required activities how to handle them and integrate them into an overall rollout plan.
.. Requirements towards business processes in general and during start of rollout
.. Requirements towards change of data flows (internal interfaces & interfaces to/from external partners)
.. Requirements for specific transition processes
.. Requirements for data migrations, initial data uploads, setups, configurations etc.
.. Requirements to ensure adequate support during rollout activities from various parties, e.g. development, operations and business support
Coordinate discussion and sign-off for rollout approach and rollout plans
Shape, plan and coordinate required rollout tests
Develop potentially required fallback scenarios
Create detailed plans and rollout scripts for individual system or business rollouts
Manage and drive specific rollout phases to a successful execution, e.g. a technical rollout test, a simulated production operation, an actual production rollout
Required Skills:
Experience in planning and managing complex systems rollouts and business rollouts
Strong self-esteem and management capabilities; not necessarily operating on a manager level yet, but with the perspective to be there within 1.2 years
Ability to manage a diverse group of 10-20 people with different background, e.g. business areas, developers, tester, IT operations, etc.
Experience in specific fields of rollout activities

Balanced understanding of technical and business requirements for a rollout;
ambition to understand end-to-end context of business and rollout scenario is more important than expert knowledge in a single area.
